The French Line

Hi Friends! Thanks for visiting our taking a peek at our new catering items! We hope you’ll enjoy our new products just as much as we love making them.

If you were directed here from our “A French Affair” post, you already know a little about our new petite line of french items. However, here’s a better break down of our new offerings:

Traditional French Macarons: Delicate French cookies made from freshly ground almond meal and filled with a variety of our famous buttercream, jams, and spreads. Every month HEAC will bring you two new macaron flavors, along with our standard Black+White Macarons, delicious Vanilla Macarons filled with a Pure Dark Chocolate Ganache.

  • Price (minimum 2 dozen, 1 dozen per flavor): $18/ Dozen ($1.50/macaron).
  • Custom Flavors are also available at $20/Dozen ($1.67/macaron)

Madelines: A personal favorite of King Louis XIV, these shell-shaped buttery delights are made with a traditional recipe that uses orange-blossom water to deliver a light floral and citrus notes throughout the petite cake. We can even dip them in white, milk, or dark chocolate upon request :).

  • Price (minimum 2 dozen): $12/Dozen ($1/cookie). Extra $0.50 charge per dipped cookie.
  • Feel free to mix and match your 2 dozen with our Madeleine Sandwiches. Price will be based per cookie for mixed orders of 2 dozen.

Madeleine Sandwiches: Inspired by our macarons, we’ve taken our Traditional Madeleines and created little sandwiches of happiness. The best part: You Pick the Filling!

  • Price (minimum 2 dozen): $18/Dozen ($1.50/cookie).
  • Feel free to mix and match your 2 dozen with our Traditional Madeleines. Price will be based per cookie for mixed orders of 2 dozen.

Chocolate Eclair Cupcakes: Who doesn’t love a good french custard? Well with our new Chocolate Eclair Cupcakes, you can definitely satiate that craving! Our new cupcake features a French Vanilla Cake with a Traditional Custard and topped a Decadent Chocolate Ganache. Ooh-La-La!

  • Price (minimum 1 dozen): $42/Dozen
